"This was a lovely hotel. Great location (literally steps away from public transit and grocery stores) with a nice garden out front. The room was nicely furnished and had a handy microwave and fridge. The hotel also had a laundry room. The only thing stopping this hotel from getting a 4 star was the shower. The shower could not maintain a constant temperature and would fluctuate constantly from freezing cold to scorching hot without touching the controls. "

"best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. "decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. "Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. "

Best sleep on a layover
"Only stayed one night in Zurich for a layover after an 11.5h flight. Tasiela ensured I had a nice quiet room facing the garden so I could get a good night sleep before the next long haul flight home. I slept so well. I was on the same floor as the spa so I fit in a quick sauna as well. Checkout staff was also amazing. The proximity to the airport was worth the extra cost. I will definitely choose the Hyatt for my next stay in Zurich. "
