Clean room. No staff. Restaurants near by. Building shares 3 addresses. Gate code works for all 3 so it’s confusing at first if you enter the wrong building. No AC. Loud / busy street so open windows is not great

The room was smelling like smoke throughout and the sheets were not really clean and overall it was not in the best condition. The heating could not be turned down and it due to the heat the leftover smoke smell was even more intense. The area was good and it was near Hallenstadion which was good.

The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny. The location is good but the accommodation is not comfortable. I would suggest paying more if you can or staying near the airport and commuting. It’s close to the city and the tram cost is the same. The pictures and description of this property are very misleading.

The place was extremely hot, stove didn't work properly, had to call every day to someone come and fix it but they didn't come during the weekend at all. The elevator also wasn't working many times. Shower wasnt good either, I left the place days before my checkout because I couldn't stay there. The only good about this place it was the location.

I booked two apartments and this one was perfect for my stay in Zurich. It was close to where I needed to be and very close to all transport links.

Pros: - Very convenient transit options for going around the city - 15 min. tram ride to the airport - Unit is spacious - Convenient check-in and check-out system Cons: - No concierge on site - No airconditioning in unit so it can be hot during the summer - Reminders to do self check-in are only provided 24 hrs. before your stay. This can be an issue especially if you want to do early check-in.

After receiving email confirmation that we would a requested rollaway bed and fans delivered before we arrived, we checked in just after 15:00 to find they weren't there. We called immediately and were told the fans had all been distributed and they had no more (not a huge deal although I had asked ahead of time) and that they would get the bed delivered. We didn't hear anything back and went out sightseeing and when we returned at 20:30 or 21:00, we still didn't have the bed. I called but the customer service staff (who were lovely) had no access to the building or way to contact the management after hours. Since there were not other apartments available, we could not go anywhere. So we were left with a double bed for 3 people - and not even sheets or a pillow... and only 2 sets of towels despite them knowing there were 3 of us. Thankfully, there were two pleather small couches that we could push together or I would have literally been lying on a cold linoleum floor. I asked for management to reach out the next day and didn't hear from anyone... and I still haven't despite emailing the person who originally confirmed it. I will be disputing the charge. Expedia should not work with VisionApartments.

Zentral gelegen mit direktem ÖV-Anschluss

Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht mehr top (Aussenfassade, Eingang zur Haustüre), aber immer noch bestens geeignet für eine kurzen Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer findet man alles Notwendige (Küche, Wasserkoche etc.). Internet ist auf dem neusten Stand, das Badezimmer wunderbar konzipiert mit einer sehr guten Dusche. Einzig eine Stange für das Duschbadetuch fehlt.
