“Great price, great location”

We live in a small town in Colorado and go the the "big city" a couple times a year. We always stay at the Rio Rancho Extended Stay. It has a kitchenette with fridge (in which we store all our goodies from Sam's Club and Costco) and a hide-a-bed couch for the boys to sleep on. It is close to the mall and a lot of great restaurant choices. Quick access to the rest of Albuquerque via Coors and Paseo Del Norte.

“Will definitely stay again”

Overall satisfied w/our stay. Kitchen amenities are a plus when you stay for a few days. Wireless internet not free but surcharge was a one time fee for two night stay. TV a little quirky & housekeeping didn't clean room or change towels although I told maid that we w/be staying another night. However all in all our stay was good. Rooms are clean & area is safe & conveniently close to Cottonwood Mall & many restaurants/shopping. I would definitely stay again.

“Served the purpose”

Nothing extrordinary. Staff was polite and helpful. Had to have my room key recoded just about every time I left the room. Other than that no problems.

“It's clean and basic and central”

I'd consider this a clean basic hotel which in my case was close to shopping and easy access to the northwestern side of albuquerque. Furniture was a bit dated but overall it was relatively clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly but I'm pretty independent so I have no idea how they would have been if I had of had any special needs. Close to Intel and close to Cottonwood Mall.

“No Heater?”

Heater didn't work, tried to fix it, didn't work. We used the super hot water from the shower to heat up the room, but it made it kind of humid...

“Less Than Expected”

The rooms are small and over stuffed with additional furniture. Maid service is extra if wanted more than once a week.
