"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. There is no real lobby as shown in the pictures. Check-in is done through a glass window, similar to a basic roadside motel.
When I entered my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were dirty and stained. I contacted the front desk and requested clean sheets, but the staff refused, saying they were busy and that because the hotel was full, they had no extra clean sheets available. A hotel not having clean sheets for guests is completely unacceptable.
The room itself was in very poor condition. There was a hole in the wall, and there was a bucket placed under the sink to collect leaking water. Within 20 minutes of checking in, I contacted Expedia customer service, provided photos of the room conditions, and explained the issues. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided.
As a solo traveler, I also felt unsafe. There were groups of people sitting outside the property drinking and smoking throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere felt more like a long-term living facility than a hotel for travelers.
Between the misleading photos, dirty sheets, poor room condition, lack of customer service, and safety concerns, I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to consider staying elsewhere."
