We spent five days there to recharge batteries ahead of the British winter. Hotel fulfilled our expectations with supurb food, excellent service and every comfort.

“Hotel needs some renovation”
Staff, Management and food very good, however this hotel would benefit from some much needed renovation and upgrating in the rooms to bring it into line with its location and modern times. It is because of its location that I would recommend it to others.

“A faded lady”
Well known hotel, but very tired and needs a refurbishment urgently. In general, staff not really interested in the guest only chambermaid (room 431) and Joel in bar keen to help. They never say good morning or good afternoon and no-one asked how we were enjoying ourselves. Food in grill very average...appetizer of 1/2 cherry tomato and chopped onion with smidgen of lukewarm pizza = not really trying; smell from fish display disgusting. Noise from planes waken you at 6.30, then the extract system wakens you again at 7.30...then you get up as you wait for the next plane Golf course San Lorenzo owned by hotel fantastic with some great holes and in excellent condition
