“excellent hotel overall”

everyaspect of the hotel was first class. except for two minor faults. the door to our room was very hard to open and shut and when reported nothing was done about it. Toilet was tempremental . sometin=mes didn't flush

graded to suite on arrival well worth extra if you can afford it stayed on sixteenth floor good views and relatively quite. buffet breakfast was adequate

“Definitely not 4*”

How this hotel could have been rated 4* I dont know 3* maybe at a push. All the entertainment was geared towards the Spanish tourists, not suitable for British at all. The food was nothing to write home about either. I have stayed in Benidorm before at a 3* and would say it had far better facilities, rooms, food and entertainment. Rooms very basic for the price we paid.
