If you want an all luxury hotels, there are plenty around. What i like at Great House is the proximity to the beach, on site bar, pool, the view. What it lacks in luxury, it gains in all other aspect and the price is right. Could it gain to have few details fixed, yes, but beds are comfy, units are clean, the grounds are well maintained and the people are so friendly. I keep coming back every year.

Great House is truly a top notch resort!! Rooms are very nice, clean and the air conditioning is quite good. Food was wonderful at Coconuts Beach Bar (ask for Diana). Only critique is the wifi is kinda spotty. As for the beach, pure paradise!

You can't beat the location. Right on Rendezvous Beach. Loved having lounge chairs for the guest. Also a little restaurant/ bar right there. Just stayed the 1 night . The rooms are old and a bit tired. The toilet handle broke the very first use but was quickly fixed. The shower just had cool water not hot. The sheets would not stay on the bed so half the night I felt like we were sleeping on jut the mattress. There was a nice area for breakfast. Again you just can't beat the location and the view. It's a nice budget friendly resort on Anguilla.

The beach is gorgeous with plenty of lounge chairs, some umbrellas and also shade from palm trees. Beach bar is a bonus. On site restaurant made delicious dinner foods. The room, although outdated, was clean with a comfortable bed, AC, and midi size refrigerator. Staff was accommodating and supplied daily housekeeping and plenty of towels.

Sometimes the people make the place. Serena took a hiccup in our reservation and made it all work out in a way that made our stay even better. The units are basic in that it is your standard room with nothing fancy. However, you walk out the door to one of the most beautiful beaches with a small restaurant serving tasty food and drink. This is a great place to relax and enjoy at a reasonable price.

I absolutely love staying here! It’s the perfect beach location—clean, comfortable, and just right for the two of us. The view is amazing, and the water is crystal clear and beautifully blue, making it such a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind. The staff is exceptional and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome—it really feels like a home away from home. Although the Room was clean and spacious, the sparse furnishings were very noticeable. There was neither shower curtain nor soap holder in the bathroom. Absent also was a box of face tissues. Wonderful family ran business on the water. Wake up in the morning - grab complimentary coffee and light cold breakfast (or order warm breakfast from the restaurant). The beach is absolutely stunning and walkable to other beach shacks. Coconuts is on property for lunch/dinner/drinks.
