“Rick”
Hotel is new, nicely designed and very expensive. Go there expecting to pay top dollar for everything. Breakfast was included which was a pleasant surprise and quite good. The Beach was a short shuttle away. Water is very clear and the staff at the hotel are really friendly and well trained.
“A dream vacation”
The perfect Caribbean gem! Our recent stay at the Viceroy in Anguilla was absolutely heaven! The food was amazing; our suite comfortable and perfectly decorated, and the hotel staff was wonderful. The construction noise in the morning was a bit loud, but the hotel was apologetic and accommodating. We cannot wait to return in the future.

The Viceroy is superior in every way..from its' chic and tasteful design to the most friendly and professional staff! The entire management is 'first rate'! And, the grounds and views are spectacular! I loved EVERYTHING and consider the Viceroy and Anguilla to be my favorite vacation destination! I cannot wait to return!

The place is fantastic. 5 star without a doubt. Infrustructure, service, maintenence, staff, and preatiness of sight and construccion 10 points. The only critic is accesss to Beach not easy from rooms (unless you are in a beachfront villa) a long way...they have to take you in those giant golf carts. Don't understand why they did not make a direct, easy, walking access. Apart from that it was a wonderful experience!
“5 star facilities without the 5 star service”
The hotel facilities are spectacular. The front desk, rooms, swimming pools, and ground in general are designed all the way through to the last detail. It exceeded our expectations. However, the service is nowhere near what it should be. Staff was friendly but some menu items at one of the restaurants were not available, there was no one at the beach to follow up of service, and in general, service was slow.
