Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is on the Georgia Tech campus in the heart of the upscale Midtown development in Technology Square, near emerging business, retail, cafes, restaurants, and residential areas. The hotel is within four blocks of two MARTA transit stations, providing efficient access to Buckhead, the downtown business district, and Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport.
The grand two-story lobby features a gold-and-white Ford Model A car from the 1930s, a replica of the Ramblin' Wreck, an icon of Georgia Tech.
Guests enjoy an indoor lap pool, spa tub, and 24-hour fitness center located in a skylit pavilion. On-site dining options include a buffet restaurant and a club lounge with pool tables and a large-screen TV. Complimentary laundry facilities are available for guest use.
High-tech amenities include wireless Internet access throughout and a state-of-the-art business center. The hotel's 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space includes a 7,200-square-foot ballroom. The hotel is connected to another convention center that offers an additional 30,000 square feet of conference space.
Rooms
The eight-story Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center offers 252 guestrooms decorated in contemporary style with warm jewel-tone colors and rich mahogany and cherry furnishings. Rooms offer courtyard, Midtown, or Georgia Tech campus views.
High-tech amenities include complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access along with 37-inch LCD flat-screen TVs with more than 40 channels.

The Dining Room - Casual restaurant with buffet and à la carte service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Terrace seating at umbrella tables. Exhibition kitchen with wood-fired oven. Menu items include pizzas, pastas, stir-fries, omelets, salads, and desserts.
The Club Lounge - Casual lounge with 2 pool tables and a separate area with a 50-inch plasma TV. Appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pizza, and complimentary happy-hour bites. Open from late afternoon to late night.
Recreation
A third-floor, skylit pavilion houses a 50-foot indoor lap pool and spa tub. The hotel also features a fitness facility outfitted with strength-training and cardio equipment.
Piedmont Park, a 185-acre retreat, is seven blocks away. The park offers six miles of jogging trails and public tennis courts.

“Convenient and wonderful area.”
The Atlanta metro area is very easy getting around if your place if your place of interest is along the MARTA system. We were going to take a taxi to our hotel when we noticed that we could take the subway system from the airport to within a few blocks to our hotel. Georgia Tech also has a free trolley going thru the campus which dropped us off across the street from our hotel. The hotel, room and staff were all wonderful. The next time we go to Atlanta, we will definitely book at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.
“Convienient, modern, & clean”
Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center is convieniently located. The hotel was very clean and well taken cared of. Extremely quiet for a city hotel. A plus was a Starbucks and Barnes and Noble Book Store across the street.

“Nice, inexpensive hotel in a great area!”
This was my second stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, and if we return to Atlanta in the future and need to stay in the Midtown area, this will be our hotel of choice. Clean hotel and rooms, comfortable beds/bedding and in a really great area in walking distance of Georgia Tech, with Barnes & Noble and Starbuck's right across the street. Minutes from the Georgia Aquarium and other notable downtown Atlanta attractions.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Georgia Tech Hotel. The hotel staff was very courteous and attentive. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. The exercise room was great because it was equip with a great variety of machines to meet all of your needs. The only negative that I would have to state is that the buffet was not available because the hotel was not at capacity during our visit but they did have a good menu selection. I would definetly stay at this hotel in the future.
