“Very Pleased”

Nice clean room, good breakfast. Front desk people not friendly but we were happy with the hotel. Would stay again.

Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is close to restaurants, shopping and the highway. This would be a good choice for busniess people or for family traveling. (Except there is no pool for families.) Overall a very good experience.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, very clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a nice place to stay at affordable prices.

“Reasonable stay for Masters”

I found the rate to be very reasonable considering other hotels raise their prices three-fold during Masters week. The hotel is modest, but comfortable and they provide a reasonable complimentary breakfast.

“Not her again!”

Getting to the hotel is a little bit tricky when driving, other than that everything was fine. Good service, especially the guys on the morning shift. Being Southern Gentlemen, we talked to each other about our hometowns.

“I would stay there again”

It was my first time staying at this Hotel chain, I visit Augusta, GA at lease once a year to bowl in a tournament. So I'm schedule to be in Augusta, GA in August, 06. I will pass on to my bowling team members about this Hotel to make sure they check it out before booking rooms. Housekeeping was good, the front desk personal was very nice in working with me on modifying my check-out time.

“Good if you take your own alarm clock with you.”

The room had no alarm clock in it and I only got a wake up call 1 out of the 3 days I was there. Other than this everything was great. People were very nice.

“Average Business Hotel”

Hotel was clean and new. The room was nice and new, and the high speed internet worked well. The complimetary breakfast, however, left a little to be desired, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby anytime other than breakfast time.

“No hot water”

Hotel was mediocre at best but falls below that line based on no hot water for the morning shower. Don't stay there.

“Xeroxing my credit card and license?”

They made a xeroxed copy of my credit card and drivers license to keep in their "file." I demanded and got it back. This was not done to a male guest that I questioned. My credit card was already validated---this disturbed me enough to complain to management.
