“Safe, clean, comfortable, and accessible stay.”

As an older single traveler the hotel was great for me. It was close to the airport but an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Austin and much less expensive than staying in the downtown area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the free hot breakfast daily and dinner on week nights helped a lot with the cost of the trip as well. The lobby was comfortable with a warm fireplace and cozy couch. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

“Excellent service”

Service was great. Easy to get to. Not much for food shopping in the immediate vicinity but fairly close by. Room was in excellent condition.

“Good Choice, Convenient Location”

Everything I expected. Clean, relatively new property. Only negative is the toilet flushed so weakly that it would not flush even paper down. Would assume this was an isolated problem.

“Stayed just one night”

You could hear the nearby planes to some degree, whether they bother you or not is an individual matter. Complimentary food & drink a nice touch. Quite a good hotel though.

Nice and near to airport with friendly transfer service - but quite a ways from downtown where the action is- better to rent a car, taxis are pricey!!! as always

“Very Impressed”

“Great Service”

We requested a roll away bed during check-in and a man was waiting with it when we got to the room. I accidently left some of my clothes in a drawer and the hotel mailed them to me within 2 days! Everything was there! The evening meal on Monday night was delicious Chicken and Dumplings with salad..... tasty and filling! As always, at Hampton Inns, the beds are the best!

“Fabulous Hotel!”

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The King Suite was extremely comfortable and had plenty of room to move about. I was worried at first that we would hear a lot of hallway noise since our room was next to elevator but we didn't hear a single sound all night. The breakfast buffet was just what we needed the next morning and was ready promptly at 6:00. We'll stay there again!

“Good business hotel near the airport”

This hotel provides comfortable rooms, a small but adequate workout facility, and a reasonable buffet breakfast. Pick-up at Austin Airport was easy and reasonably fast. All-in-all, I would rate this hotel as an excellent choice in Austin if you want to stay out by the airport. One thing to note--there are few restaurants in this area. The hotel provided me with a number of menus for ordering food in. Choices are not vast, but adequate.
