“okay”
front desk wasn't the most helpful, clerk was untrained and took almost 30 minutes to check in.
“Great place near airport”
Clean room and halls, friendly desk personnel, cheap. The A/Cs in the halls seem a bit overwhelmed/neglected, but the one in the room worked fine. Non-smoking room was smoke free.
“Nice Room”
at the time of booking only a room with 2 full size beds. once there they upgraded the room at no charge to a king. no problems.
“Great place, great staff”
Our visit was quite good. We did however have one problem, the toilet ran and the handle needed jiggled to make it stop. Other than that, everything was great!
“Great hotel, excellent price and service”
If you're looking for a price deal this hotel is an excellent value. 10 minute walk to closest public transportation bus stop but not bad. Two restaurants are withing a few minutes walking distance and two other small take outs within same range. Overall good deal if you need to conserve money and I surely do. Nice folks at motel front desk and appears to be a safe neighborhood.
“Going back a third time!”
I've stayed at this property twice now, going back soon, and prefer it to the Days Inn University. Ups: I get the king suite as a rule, because it has everything you could possibly need for a reasonable price. They don't charge a pet fee. The desk clerks cheerfully supplied, even delivered (my hands were full with recently rescued kitten, then age 6 wks) extra towels and bath mats upon request. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and I feel safe there. It's well-located for dining, movies and shopping. Downs: Despite my room being non-smoking, the hallways were smoky-smelling. I've only seen one luggage trolley, and it had seen better days.

“REMODELED;VERY GOOD BANG FOR THE BUCK!!”
Have used Red Roof before including this one. Was happy to see the renovation. Price went up a little but still competitive and the improvements were good. Clean, cheap place to stay when I go to Austin to visit the daughters. Good location. Has pool. no restaurant or work out room. But what do you expect at this rate?

We were in town for the Music Festival. Hotel employee "Sharif" was extremely courteous and friendly...he came out to the parking lot to let us know our room was ready...we had arrived a few hours before check in and had our grandbaby with us. Great customer service..thanks!
