"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a nicely renovated hotel with apartment-style rooms. It was clean and well maintained. Zack from the hotel was very communicative and friendly. Just a note to double check which room you’re booking if you want a washer/dryer. Not all rooms include one if that is important to you. There is a laundromat a block over tho if you need it. The area is very much a neighbourhood of people living their normal lives and not a busy tourist area, giving us a more laid back...

"Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast."

The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. "Easy access to Metro for getting around Paris. We bought 5 day metro passes which were excellent value. The hotel was easy to find , clean and comfortable. We had a usable little kitchen with fridge , ceramic hotplate and dishwasher . There was a small supermarket nextdoor which we used for some provisions .Only negative was the air con on went down to 19 c and with the heat outside at above 25c it struggled to keep the room cool. Overall as a base to tour Paris it was well worth the money."

"Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c.
