Wenn man keinen großen Wert auf moderne, durchgehend gut ausgestattete Zimmer legt und bereit ist, beim Komfort sowie bei der Sauberkeit Abstriche zu machen, kann man diese Unterkunft durchaus in Betracht ziehen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die Lage – das Einkaufszentrum direkt vor der Haustür ist wirklich ideal und ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis liegt aus unserer Sicht allerdings eher an der unteren Grenze des Akzeptablen. Das Schlafzimmer war modern eingerichtet und wirkte relativ frisch renoviert. Der Wohnbereich hingegen war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, mit alten Fliesen und sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Im Badezimmer zeigte sich ein ähnliches Bild: Teilweise war Schimmel vorhanden, und auch hier ließ die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben die Unterkunft für drei Nächte genutzt, inklusive Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Dieser war kostenpflichtig und im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in der Umgebung eher teuer. Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von zwei bis drei Nächten ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung, sofern man keine hohen Ansprüche hat. Wir persönlich würden jedoch nicht erneut buchen, da wir in der näheren Umgebung bereits Unterkünfte mit einem besseren Gesamtpaket zum gleichen Preis kennengelernt haben.

The staff are super helpful at the reception desk. The first room flooded when using the shower the second room they were given the shower pressure wasn’t that great. The hotel is near Disney for the price again it’s okay it’s not the best. It’s not the worst

Wenn man nicht unbedingt Wert auf moderne und neu ausgestattete Zimmer legt, Komfort nicht unbedingt so relevant ist und man auch bei der Sauberkeit Abstriche machen kann, ist die Unterkunft durchaus zu empfehlen! Die Lage zum Einkaufszentrum vor der Haustür ist absolut Top. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist, würde ich sagen, etwas unter der Grenze zu okay. Das Schlafzimmer war modern ausgestattet, wirkte auch als wäre es vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Der Wohnbereich allerdings war das komplette Gegenteil, alter Fliesenboden, die Wände hatten stärkere Gebrauchsspuren und die Sauberkeit war okay aber nicht gut. Beim Badezimmer ist es ähnlich, an manchen Stellen gab es Schimmel und die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls nicht an allen Stellen gegeben. Wir nutzen die Unterkunft für 3 Nächte mit Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, die hier kostenpflichtig war und teurer als in anderen Hotels oder Unterkünften in unmittelbarer Nähe. Insgesamt wenn man also keine allzu hohe Ansprüche hat, kann man 2-3 Nächte durchaus übernachten. Wir würden es nicht erneut buchen, da wir andere Unterkünfte in der Nähe bereits besucht haben, die preislich gleich waren und mehr bieten konnten.

The room smelt like stale cigarettes, there was damage everywhere. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. It’s also so noisy. There was constant banging and the sound of furniture scrapping along the floor above her heads for the majority of the night. And then no chance of a lay in as they were hoovering outside the door at 7am! Avoid!

Staff were lovely, rooms are large and spacious and clean but a little dated but this didn’t matter to us. A minute walk to the val deurope shopping centre, 10 mins walk to the Disney parks (follow the park across the road straight, cross the main road and follow the road straight that looks like it’s along side an industrial estate and it takes you out at the buses at the parks) my only down side was the level of noise. Walls are very thin, could hear conversations in the corridors from a few doors down, upstairs scraping chairs on the tiled floors woke us up numerous times, walls are so thin you could hear absolutely everything so we were very tired most days having a broken sleep. Bath had no plug so was unable to use it and could only use the shower but those were the only down side. Would 100% stay here again. Excellent value for money. Coffee machine at reception is only 0.70€ and makes a lovely coffee.
