“Good place to stay”

This extended stay deluxe did not disappoint. Convenient room and room size, comfortable beds and in walking distance to Mimi's Cafe & Marie Collanders Restaurant. Also right off Highway 99.

“little mid town gem”

unfortunately it seems that to fully experience this hotel you should come during the week, there is no pool, no hot tub, no breakfast , but they do offer a nice clean quite place to rest your head, fairly close to the center of town and the beds although firm are huge, the only down falls for this little gem is the old worn down pillows and the chair in our room was worn thru right in the location some one would rest their head. we actually called the front desk and asked for an extra pillow and was told there wasnt and extra in the whole place!

“OK for Bakersfield”

Our stay was only for one night and it was adequate. I could see where it would be quite sufficient for an extended stay....except for the bed! I usually can sleep anywhere and found that our bed was very uncomfortable. It was too hard and the pillows were very smushy! Stacking 3 pillows together may have been equivalent to one good pillow. The location of the hotel was excellent...close enough to major freeways, but far enought away so we didn't have to listen to freeway noise.

“OK for the price, but . . .”

"Breakfast" was very poor. Concerned about fleas, since many dogs walking around, and when I asked front desk person what they do about that issue, I was told they charge more for animals. How does that deal with fleas?
