“Home Away from Home”
My stay here was very comfortable and I felt safe. I booked one night with Expedia. The gal at the front desk was super friendly and my check in was hassle free.My room was cozy and I instantly enjoyed resting on the leather chair w/ the ottoman to put my stress at ease. I'd stayed at America's Best Value Inn the night before and never again, no matter how good the deal sounds. Holiday Inn has this amazingly soothing scent of incense/potpourri and it permeates through the whole hotel and room. It made me feel calm and at peace. It IS worthwhile to pay a little more to stay for the extra comfort and security. This hotel is well taken care of inside and outside. Thank you Holiday Inn!
“Big bang for your buck.”
Great service, felt welcome as soon as we walked in. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Only down fall is there was no fridge in the standard room. There is however a restaurant & bar on the main floor with a great menu and it was affordable. We will stay again.
“Friendly Staff :)”
I arrived at this hotel in the late evening and I was very tired. The staff here was a very welcome sight!!! They were smiling and friendly and very courteous!!!! As with all Holiday Inns!!! I will always stay in a Holiday Inn when traveling for this very reason!!!! Thank you very much!!! :)
“Great hotel, excellent location”
The hotel's location was perfect for our stay in Bakersfield. All of the staff was very friendly and eager to please. The restaurant's staff was also very friendly, the food was great.
“Excellent Hotel”
It was important that we had a crib for our baby. The previous night we stayed at a Holiday Inn by IAH in Houston and they put a trundle bed in our room instead of the crib we requested. Anyway, THIS Holiday Inn had the crib for us already in the room as we requested, AND they put in a fridge AND microwave (neither of which we requested) at no extra charge. The staff was very courteous and the grounds, lobby, halls, and pool/fitness center were spotless and free of litter or anything unsightly. The room was extremely comfortable and everything seemed new. The parking lot was well lit though even if it wasn't I still would have felt safe leaving a luxury car out there. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bakersfield.
“Holiday Inn, North Location”
We have stayed several times at this location when we come to Bakersfield as it's location works for us, the staff is friendly, the food is great, and the rooms are clean and up to date.

Absolutely the Hotel to stay in when your in Bakersfield. Very clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff was great. and Many good restaurants in the area!!! We loved it

Easy to find. Secluded from main roads. A great place to stay after a long, cold day. The restaurant and bar was just what we needed. Looks like one of the newest hotels in the area.
