“Great place to impress your guest. Also good for families.”
The breakfast buffet was great. Unfortunately the juices were not real, but instead water and syrup though. The pool, fitness, sauna, jacuzzi was great. I really enjoyed my stay. One thumbs down: WIFI costs over 400B for 1 day.
“Excellent Vacation, Thank You Chatrium”
30 - 45min taxi ride from the airport puts the Chatrium in an excellent location, very convenient. The studio room was perfect, roomy, good little kitchenette. I would have liked to have see more outlets for the electric units (toaster, steam kettle, microwave) Could only use one at a time. The in-house laundry was very convenient. Convenience store and pharmacy only 2 minute walk from the front door of the residence. Staff excellent, amenities excellent. I believe with all of the excellent things the Chatrium offers, free internet is not. That needs to be changed. Other than that, I will return to Bangkok and I will stay at the Chatrium. It was a great vacation.
“Wonderful spot”
A very nice hotel for a very reasonable hotel. Wonderful zen inspired decor throughout. Very restful color, shapes, decoration. Very thoughtful. I hardly wanted to go out. Interesting pool, but not much direct sun there due to the jungle plants. Main restaurant ok. Sushi bar good. Green Tea Spa just wonderful. A tiny lady delivered a truly transcendental massage. If you stay here, go to the spa. Also a very nice fitness club. And a convenience store. Would be a great place to stay long-term. Staff professional, smiling, and eager to help.
“Great hotel”
Located not far from the Silom road and therefore only a short taxi ride from the main attractions.This residence caters for long or short stays and I have stayed there many times and have always been impressed with the staff and facilities.

“Bangkok's Gift to the Weary Traveller”
In one word: awesome. The Chatrium is a hotel that feels like home. The staff cannot do more to make your stay a relaxing, easy and delightful one. We had planned to stay only two days, and that turned into two two-week stays in one month. On my partner's birthday, the hotel staff delivered a birthday cake as a gift. It was delicious and spoke to the care and appreciation of the people at Chatrium. The room was extremely comfortable. When we asked for a softer bed, they delivered. Sleep was endless and dream-filled. The sushi is to die for. Room service is superior. The pool has a beach feel and the gym is top-notch. Lastly, the people of Chatrium care about your stay. They go above and beyond to make your time at the hotel a relaxing and enjoyable one. We will continue to book at this hotel in our Bangkok trips in the future.

This hotel is like a breath of fresh air compared to the Prince palace Hotel. The rooms are very well kepted. The staff is very pleasant and curtious. This hotel has everything you will ever need in a hotel.

“Poor Location, not really a 4 star IMO”
This is a very good value stay, but not what I would expect "quality wise" for a 4 star category. The rooms are dated and not equivalent in condition or quality to other 4 star properties. The kitchen counters are basic, the TV's are not flat screen and are grainy, and the general feel of the place is a bit dingy and in need of a complete update. The other big drawback is the location. Very far from a BTS and not in a central section of Bangkok. The price is very reasonable and if you are looking to stay in a spacious and inexpensive place, then this is fine. But as I stated, in my opinion, it would be more accurately represented as 3 star property.
