Very noisy girl running down the hall banging on the door we were up most of the night called front desk seemed they didnt so anything. Smoking area was packed they were all being loud and left cans all over. No coffee cups in room water was cold when we went to shower. Will never stay there again

This was a very disappointing experience. The room had many bed bugs, I am covered in bites. And have many photos and videos of the infestation. The front desk switched me rooms and the new room had garbage left in it, food still in the fridge and lo and behold.. more bed bugs. The front desk provided me black garbage bags to safely transport my belongings home. It was a 3 hour drive I was not planning on taking at midnight due to bug infestation. Not to mention the dry cleaning I will have to do now to safely bring my luggage and clothes to my home
