It was good for the amount of time we stayed and the purpose of it. There were no stairs though. This was not handicapped accessible.

“Very nice with one exception”

Nice hotel...clean..friendly employees We were given a ground floor room next to the lobby and unfortunately directly under the stairs to the upper level. The noise from the steps was disturbing all throughout the night. I would certainly recommend the hotel but suggest that guests request any other room.

For the most part the hotel was nice. We did have a toilet that leaked, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, we slept well, and that was the main goal we had for the hotel, so it was nice.

The hotel is located very close to the heart of Batesville and the condition of the hotel is good. My room was quiet, clean nd reasonably priced. I've stayed at this particular hotel a couple of different times. On one of my trips, the room had a faint musty smell and other than that, I had a good stay. The front desk help were also very helpful and kind.
