"The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."

"We won't come back here. First impressions are king, and they were bad. First they informed us upon checkin that although we had purchased "including breakfast" for the 3 pax family rooms (×2), they were only giving us one breakfast per room per day. Ie, we were going to have to pay for the kids. We ordered the kids room service that night. It took nearly an hour and was almost cold (kids fish & chips and nuggets). My wife and I went to the restaurant, the menu was limited, so i went with one...
