“Bargain!”

Our room was in The Lodge at the end of the drive which suited us perfectly as we did not use the hotel facilities. Good room at bargain rate.

“Perfect overnight stay”

I had one night here and I shall definitely be returning - the room was warm and the bed extremely comfortable. The whole setting is delightful.

“Missed opportunity”

On arrival, the room I was offered turned out to be tiny and what was supposed to be a double bed was only a 3/4 which was completey unacceptable. The reaction of the member of staff on reception to the issue was at best disinterested, at worst downright rude. The Hotel was in a beautiful setting and could be wonderful but having had to battle to get even a bed as described my partner & I refused to spend another penny there. De Vere group really should be ashamed of this hotel.
