EVEN THOUGH THIS HOTEL ISN'T ON THE WATER YOU ARE ONLY A COUPLE OF BLOCKS FROM THE OCEAN.....GREAT OFF SEASON RATES CONSIDERING THIS IS AN OCEAN TOWN.......ROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN GREAT SERVICE.. ALSO I LOVE THE IDEA OF THE HOT BREAKFAST BAR....SAVES ON THE OVERALL FOOD COSTS AND ISN'T THAT BAD...

The staff was very nice, the location was perfect, room was great, and the price was definitely right! Breakfast buffet had pancakes, sausage/bacon, eggs, bagels, toast, etc. Couldn't have asked for better, and we would definitely stay here again. Also a fairly quick walk to the beach, just about 2 blocks.

After reading reviews of this hotel , I was expecting the worse. I enjoyed my stay @ holiday inn express. The front desk was polite & helpful. the room was clean & the hotel was decorated tastefully - Id stay again
“Simply the best!”
Easily the best hotel my family and I have ever stayed at! That's saying a lot given we are miltary and have been in hundreds of hotels/motels in last 25 years. The free huge breakfast is the best ever. Location is 5 mins from beach and right across the street from the Make-a-Wish Triathlon transition area and finish lines. 10 minute walk to downtown and boardwald. Great, Great, Great!

“Nice hotel!”
We have stayed here several times and really like it here. It is a simple hotel but clean and the staff is always really nice and helpful. Next door is a crab place that has the best crab cakes I've ever tasted. We definately will go back.
