Friendly staff, the entire hotel was smoke free!!!! Was nice to have microwave and fridge right in the room. The comforters could be updated few stains on the carpet and the desk chair but room was clean. It was ok for the price of the room. Pool and hot tub area was nice

“Staff the only drawback”

The hotel overall is exactly what one might expect from a Super8 - no great shakes, but not too shabby. The staff was pretty inattentive, though, and in fact charged my credit card again without explanation (although I paid through Expedia and didn't incur any incidental costs or damages). The continental breakfast left a little to be desired, but nearby restaurants made up for that. Other than the staff, it's a fine place for budget weekenders in Big Rapids.

I like to see a person when I first check-in, not call up on a "house phone." The lady was very nice/helpful. The room was nice but small. My daughter had a nice time at the pool!

There were burn holes in the comforter and and one role of toilet paper in the bathroom. Also their internet for wi fi was so slow i couldn't do any work on my laptop

“Not impressed”

the sheets didn't fit the bed so, they kept riding up....there were stains on them. The tub and sink did not drain correctly, also there was mold in the tub. The manager from what we figured must live in rooms 229/230 bc if we had our tv on or talked after we came in for the night we had a noise complaint but in the morning his little brats were running back and forth between the 2 rooms screaming, crying and banging on the doors. This place is not worth the money I spent.
