“Expedia directions can be misleading”
We stayed at this hotel twice in one week. The location given by Expedia and Google Maps are both misleading. The hotel is almost 45 minutes south of I-90, which is a bad thing to find out when you're rolling in at 1AM. However, the hotel is great. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is well equipped. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
“Great Hotel, Great Scenic Views/Location”
Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. No issues. One suggestion for hotel (only minor complaint) is that they should clean hot tub, it was not looking 100% (still usable). Overall I give hotel an A

Great, spacious room. Appreciable when staying several days. Air conditioner a little noisy. Prep area in breakfast room a bit cramped. Could be difficult when hotel is full. Would go back.
“Great place for price in Big Sky!”
Rooms on the north side have "no view" so if you are staying more than a quick overnight, ask for a room on the south side so that you can see the mountains. Pool was larger than I expected in the picture and very nice. Continental breakfast didn't offer the usual "waffle maker" which was a plus! Great muffins, healthy foods. Staff even offered to have breakfast before 6:00 if we needed! Mattress was OK. Location isn't real convenient, but for the price it is worth the little bit of extra driving. If you are not looking for "posh" Whitewater Inn is very satisfactory and I would stay there again.

Our stay was delightful in every way, the pristine nature, the nice and clean hotel and the friendly staff, plus the excellent breakfast!
“A Good Hotel”
The hotel is good but needs a little driving from West Yellowstone.
“Nice Hotel, Poor Location”
The hotel was all it advertised. However the location is well traveled, yet without services. Around 10 miles to Big Sky Meadows, yet still on a busy highway. We had a nice three day stay, the hotel was clean and friendly.
