“Billings Hi-rise”
Quality hotel in the heart of downtown district, Starbucks on 1st floor. Asked for and received early and late check out because of flight changes, offered with a happy, positive attitude with no extra charges. Van to airport was also clean and in good order with friendly driver. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing downtown location or quality.

I have stayed in a lot of hotel in my life (63 yrs old) and I would rank this one in the rite at the top in it's price range. Just a lovely comfortable stay and I will definitely return next year for my annual visit to Billings.
“Convenient and comfortable!”
My room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The beds here are so amazingly comfortable with mounds of perfect pillows. The curtains kept the room super dark for sleeping and when opened the views of the city awaited. I highly recommend walking across the street to dine at Walker's Grill. The lobster mashed potatoes there are SO delicious!
“Outstanding Stay in Billings.”
The Hotel was top notch!! It was centrally located and if we didn't feel like going out the food came to us. The gym was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle was very quick and made flying a must for future visits.

The Crowne Plaza in downtown Billings was great. We had a positive experience with this hotel-upscale and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Billings right in the heart of the downtown area, close to Montana State University-Billings, the Metra and good places to eat. Enjoyed it very much. Quiet room, nice bar, friendly staff.
“Loved it!!”
I loved the hotel. The night front desk man was a very nice and welcoming person. The lady that we had in the morning was not so helpful and she was a little bit rude. This was the only complaint that I had about this hotel. Other than that the hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. The front desk staff for the morning during check out needs to be looked into, however.
“Fine Hotel”
I was very satisfied with the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Billings. It has a pleasant atmosphere. I am on a glutin-free and mostly dairy-free diet. The restaurant and banquet staff were very accomodating in meeting my needs. I would enjoy staying there again. I did not get out of the hotel during my stay except for a dinner across the street and so cannot comment on the surrounding area. I drove to the hotel and it was very convenient to have the parking garage and a skywalk connecting the parking garage to the hotel. Parking did not cost anything.
