"Excellent stay , really memorable, comfy, very family friendly , location and staff are great - only things that could be improved were quality of some cooked breakfast items , decor around bath tub and air con (bit difficult to control) but overall absolutely fantastic and probably best hotel in area by far , even versus Radisson. "We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Booked a Deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. Disappointed there was no fridge or safe in the room, but there was plenty of coffee/tea options (as with all hotels not enough milk) and biscuits/chocolates. Shower was big and water pressure good with plenty of hot water. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many restaurants & cafes nearby. Within walking distance of shops and attractions. The staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and polite. Received a discount when...

"Brilliant easy check-in, my wife and I arrived a little before three o clock but very helpful receptionist allocated us a room early. Room was fab, really simple perfect shower. Highly recommend breakfast! Buffet - but all fresh, all hot and a freshly cooked egg station fried, poached & omelettes! Brill!"

"The bed is 406 was really creeky. Also the mattress was very soft. It didn't spoil our stay but a little uncomfortable. No eggs at breakfast on Monday or decaf tea. "
