Breakfast buffet is amazing, plentiful, clean, well stocked with a large variety of choices. Menu will accommodate varied dietary needs, gluten free choices and other allergens. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel because we were in Birmingham for a funeral. The team at the Crowne Plaza helped to make a very difficult and emotional time that much easier. The staff and facilities are excellent and we would definitely recommend. Our room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the restaurant were only too happy to help with alternative options to meet the needs of my allergies. Thank you
