We had a good stay at this apartment hotel in Birmingham. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. One thing we did notice was a rather strong bleach-like smell as you entered the corridor leading to the rooms. This may have been due to the cleaning products being used, but it was quite noticeable. The only other concern was an unusual encounter at around 9 AM, when someone unlocked our room door with a key, opened it, and then walked straight back out. We informed the staff about the incident, as it was quite unexpected and concerning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the staff were helpful. However, we hope the hotel looks into the door incident to ensure guests’ privacy and security are maintained.

Great location, easy parking reasonably priced, rooms were cosy, beds comfortable, breakfast was great& good selection only flaw is there was no where to put your plate when trying to serve breakfast as the lids do not stay up so you need 3 hands but overall lovely hotel& would stay again

We had a really great stay here. Very warm welcome from the lovely front desk team, and the apartment itself was exactly what we needed. The beds were really comfortable and we had every we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend them.

We spent a lovely couple of nights at StayCity. Great location in the Jewellery Quarter and surprisingly close and easy into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet with everything you need. We will stay here again.

This property has been one of the best I have ever stayed in, the staff are all very helpful and go above and beyond especially Mavis and Celia who attended when I stayed there, the breakfast buffet was amazing and they offer a 24 hour service. Rooms are spotless, they offer a range of cold, hot, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks as well as snacks and a few others food items
