The staff were really friendly and informative. The facilities were great and it was all very clean. I had a great stay other than the bed was rock hard. I can sleep anywhere but this bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet to add some softness to it as it started to hurt my body. Everything else was great apart from that

Hotel is in a good location with paid street parking (free on weekends & bank hol) Staff are really friendly and for a small charge they even posted me an item I’d forgotten in the room. Although the pool was out of service during my stay, I’d come here again and would recommend to others.

Liked: staff were wonderful, the hotel was very clean, the areas around the hotel seemed safe, breakfast was great, bed was comfortable. Only negative was poor sound insulation in the room. I was unfortunate to have noisy people in the adjacent room and I could hear them talking throughout the night.

Millenium Point
We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the lighting in our room & they quickly found us an alternative room. Our main issue was that breakfast didn't start until 8am & I had to be at Millenium Point for an event at 7am on Saturday morning. Breakfast on Sunday was lovely. Overall a good experience.

Really good and affordable hotel. I needed an accessible room, they provided one. They had very lovely staff who helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room to ensure I settled in okay. It all made the stay better. Thank you.

It was ok - Apart from brown marks on the towel - See pic - Shampoo wasn't working - extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working - wifi was going in and out - And the smell in the bathroom was putrid - The drains clearly need seeing to - I want a refund.

Amazing service by staff. Excellent receptionist as she swapped our room from double to king with seating area as we have our kid with us. Other staff also were amazing. Overall highly recommend this place. Thank you for excellent service guys

Pleasant stay with a few minor issues.
Not much hanging room or hooks on doors, dark room even with all lights on. Poor pressure on shower. Dining square table top kept tipping with the slightest weight on it but noticed it was removed later. Pleasant staff helpful, beautiful place & good parking. Convenient would stay again regardless of the few faults.

Chose this hotel as a 15 min walk from the station and centre. Comfortable, clean room and bathroom with a very comfortable bed. Vegan friendly as provided vegan breakfast inc oat milk, so was happy

Great hotel just outside main centre of town. 5 minute walk to Children's Hospital. 10 minute walk to Bullring. Great location. Lovely room. Said single room but bed bigger than a single (but not double). Ideal for a solo traveller. Decent shower. Only problem was I got woken up at about 3am by glass being poured into a recycling/bin truck. Possibly by a nearby pub? Otherwise great stay and would use again.

Massively overpriced for a budget hotel experience
I checked in and the reception desk clerk was OK. The hotel felt tired and dated. The room itself was OK, but the mattress was completely knackered. The lock on the door didn't work, which was far from ideal. The shower worked, but I can't say any more than that :(

Everything in this hotel was amazing in terms of the place where it located and the weather. Customer Service was amazing too. I would love to visit again
