The hotel was clean & had good safety precautions such as locking doors to room areas etc. check in was easy & so long as you entered your car registration on the monitor you had free parking for the length of your stay

Stayed overnight for work staff were really friendly and slept great :) shower had a little mould but other than that perfect for the price

Weekend visit.
Weekend visiting family. Hotel easy to find and check in was quick and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable although bathroom looked tired and in need of a spruce up and some fresh skirting boards fitted. Has access to the adjoining pub through hotel and easy access to Stratford road shops bars and restaurants. Free parking in car park behind hotel. £112 for 2 nights was a fair price, we would stay here again.

We have stayed here before - booked two rooms under 1 booking - were given rooms one up in the room the other on the ground floor. Guests who came back late decided to bang their doors and even have speaker phone conversations at 1am. It’s gone down hill since our previous stay - all in all both of us didn’t get a good sleep, the rooms were cold and the doors were not secure.

The reception staff was absolutely amazing so helpfull. My baby wasn't feeling well the following morning of our stay. They supported us so well in allowing us tobtake our time to check out. The lady showed a lot of compassion and consideration

Eery thing was ok except when I went for breakfast. Told it was not available till 9 am. Had to walk down to Weatherspoons but they didn't open till 8.

Much better than expected!
Surprisingly good! It's as good, if not better than a certain other hotel chain and half the price. Will definitely be going back. Comfortable beds and quiet location, despite being very close to a busy area.
