Really nice hotel very clean staff were all very helpful and friendly free juice in reception very nice hotel. The Hagley road is a very busy main road but quiet inside hotel
A gem of a place ,although there is no restaurant of an evening don't let that put you off staying ,in fact it's easier as the staff provide plates , cutlery and condiments so you can eat either in your room or in the lounge with bar ,which I may add is a great place .
Stayed in the Suite which is amazing !.
Now the best part the staff are absolutely the best cannot do enough for you ,so friendly ,welcoming and work hard .
Manager so helpful and most of all great personality .
