“Very satisfied”

Very nice hotel. Convenient location, close to the airport with free shuttle transportation 24*7. Very clean room, quite and comfortable. Attentive staff. Had a minor issue accessing internet from the room - had to go to the lobby. Great room rate! I had to notify late arrival, but was difficult since not everybody speak English.

“Great value for accomodation near Basel”

Great place to stay overnight if you need to fly out of EuroAirport. The lowest rate excludes breakfast, but for a hotel just outside of Basel it is convincing even if decide to pay a few euros extra for a buffet with a nice selection. Your stay at the hotel includes free parking at the hotel and shuttle van transfer to and from the airport. This is especially convenient if you fly out of Basel and return at a later date, as parking at the airport can be costly.

“Keeping down the cost on visiting Basel”

I travel regularly and internationally for work, and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room, and importantly the bathroom too, was clean and tidy and quiet and had all that I needed. The wifi internet access worked. The free shuttle bus to the airport was great - just 5 minutes from the airport - and it allowed me to connect with the bus into Basel, taking 35 minutes from the door of the hotel to the central railway station in Basel without a panic. I spent a morning wandering around Basel and then went by train in the afternoon to Mulhouse and went to see the French National Automobile Museum (amazing!). In my opinion this hotel is good value for money, and significantly cheaper than staying in a hotel in Basel.

“Good location near airport and for travelers with car”

It seems that reservation I made via Expedia didn't arrived to the hotel with full details. There was a little misunderstanding regarding type of room and the price. But at the end everything solved. The bath in the room is big advantage. If you travel by car, It takes ~13 min to get to Basel, where you can park the and walk.

“Hotel close to airport”

When we arrived, the hotel elevator was not working. The people working at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. They quickly carried all our luggage up the stairs to the room. The hotel was very conveniently located by the Basel-Mulhouse airport and the free shuttle was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and quite good. Overall, the hotel was very convenient for an overnight stay for an early morning flight and was reasonably priced, but in need of some major remodeling. The people were very nice and very helpful..

“Interhotel Captain - serving the airport”

Staff helpful and friendly. Obviously an hotel serving the airport, with prices to match. Room small and pokey. Adequate for an overnight stay especially if using the airport as there is parking and breakfast from 4am!
