“Great location and friendly staff”
Great location, friendly staff, the room was suffient with a comfortable bed, couch and a kitchenette. The little food and beverages provided in the lobby was perfect.
“Great service and location”
The rooms didn't have beds like American Marriott hotels, but we didn't expect them to. If your expectations are reasonable, and I travel a lot so mine are fairly well established, then I would say that the staff and the overall functionality of the hotel will be a very welcome surprise to any English speaking traveler! We really enjoyed the location as well. If you don't mind walking there is never a need for a cab or car. All the shopping food and entertainment in the main area of Aix is within a ten minute walk including the cours mirabou(sp?).
“Out of the way a bit, but in very nice condition”
The hotel is not in the center of town but is a short walk from it. The building is in good condition, with a slight modern look and clean rooms.
“Very nice hotel”
Only had one night in this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Very good location and the room was simple yet very nice. Enormous balcony was a lovely surprise. Would definately recommend this hotel for a stay.

A bit far from the center

My 2.5 hour train trip from Paris suddenly became about 8-9 hours. I was exhausted. But the staff at Les Floridianes was waiting. They got me to the room and recommended a place where I could get a late, quick dinner. The hotel's location is ideal--just a few steps from the train station and bus station, making every connection a breeze. Hotel was a bit dated, but for the price, it was exactly what i was looking for.
“Nice place, bathroom only just made the cut”
Nice place, very close to the bus station and the main street. only bad thing was the ceiling was mouldy above the shower. The staff were very friendly and breakfast's leftover pastries were left out during the evening for us to eat. Would recommend it
“Nice affordable place to stay”
The hotel was located within a 10 minute walk of the town center with easy access to the main highways. The rooms could use some updating, but they are renovating another part of the hotel and hopefully will do all rooms. All front desk staff spoke very good english and were very helpful with directions and making reservations. I would certainly stay again.
“Good for short stay”
Would recommend only if staying 1-2 nights.
“Fair Value but not 4 star”
Helpful staff. Room clean but basic. Bed comfortable. WiFi down for 4 out of 7 days. Breakfast buffet poor but facility to prepare own in room. Walking distance to main town area. An 'ok' stay but not up to 3 or 4 star claimed.
