"Our stay at the guest house was very good - Michelle was very helpful and even lent us a brolly to cope with the lovely lakes weather ☺️ The room was very clean and more than ample for our one night stay Would highly recommended a stay here The only disappointment was there isn’t any parking as stated on hotels.com site - just street parking wherever you can find a space "

"We stayed at the cottage house which is outside the main building. It was very spacious and has an indoor jacuzzi tub which is why we booked it. The hot water is pre-heated, so it was just enough to fill the tub. There won’t be hot water after if you wanted a shower. Also, an important downside for us was the wifi signal is so weak that neither our phone nor laptops could pick any signal. Was a bit disappointed in that regard as the hotel is aware of the problem but made no effort to fix it....

"Lovely room with great views. Good location in town. Very nice staff. Nobody helped with the cases from the car on arrival. They need valet parking. Earlier check in than 4pm as most hotels are 3pm. Also most good hotels have Umbrellas at reception. The positives outweighed the negatives but room for improvement."
