On arrival we were told we had no reservations. The information had not been transferred from Expedia to the Colonial Inn computer. Finally was found in the Expedia database. Very stressful but not the fault of the hotel it appears

This property is in a quiet section, but someone that appeared to be homeless wandered through the parking lot when we arrived. The bathroom door looked worn, the window looked like it was due for replacement. However, it was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Some cosmetic issues should be addressed. A new sink is definitely needed. Told desk person about this. Bathroom needs attention in terms of caulking, Sofa should be repositioned so that bed could be moved to make it more convenient to get into it from wall side. New baseboards were installed but 2 outside corners by sink were not painted.

I’ve stayed here before.. and it’s cheap. That’s the only redeeming quality. Dirty doesn’t say it. Towel supply non existent. Absolutely everything needs repaired or replaced. Staff untrained and has attitude of working at ritz… while working at a cesspool. Hot tub never going to be fixed. Can’t warm away enough. Just don’t.

Sorry to read you had a bad experience here. New owners are working on many improvements. Perhaps on your next stay you can request one of our upgraded rooms. We'd like to hear your feedback. Sorry we're waiting on a specialty pump for the hottub.

Everything was great except people going in and out all night long as they were drunk which is okay ! The room smelled like smoke when walked in the room so had to spray some perfume as had hard time breathing was stuffy all night long

Did not like the fact that the hot tub was out of service for an undetermined time, waiting for repair parts. Pool water was cool. Poor breakfast, no jam, no syrup, no butter, no eggs. we had to go somewhere else to eat. Upon arrival the lady at reception seemed quite grumpy. We will not recommend this place.

We arrived around 5 pm and the check in took forever. We waited over an hour to get checked in. There were a number of people in front of us and they had list their reservations. Just very poor service.
