"I love this hotel - its history, its minimalism, the immense trees. It's time for some renovations though. The carpet is horrrible, the shower difficult to regulate (hot-cold). For the rest: friendly staff, quiet environment. Recommend it."

"There was a guy from El Salvador in the night shift at the reception very friendly and helpful. He is a keeper The restaurant staff was a little hard to understand because they only spoke Portuguese, not even English and usually they didn't have change for bigger bills when purchasing a meal. But it was a nice stay and I would come back. "

"Convenient location across from two shopping malls. I wish they had at least a bottle of drinking water and the self-help coffee kit in the room for the price. Reception and Concierge Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
