"The only issue I had was upon arrival there @ 3pm was no linen on the bed. I walked to the Lobby to informed the clerk. I was told it would be taken to the room..@ 6pm.. three hours later, my grandson went back to the Lobby about it. He was given linen in a plastic bag to go make up the bed..VERY bad image. Also, the shower stepped-out floor towel was dirty, the linen person just flipped it over on the other side, instead of changing it."
