Locale North Broad provided a comfortable, chic, and conveniently located stay for my weekend celebrating The Roots Picnic. I was blown away with how posh and stylish the place was. Walking to the hotel from the parking deck isn’t always the most fun, but the comforts of the place made it so worth it. Would recommend and would stay again!

This property was centrally located and in walking distance (or short bus/Uber ride) to everything! Modern furnishings and state of the art appliances! The only down side was the view from our unit overlooked a lot filled with trash bins and work trucks. And the noise from that area disrupted our rest. Other than that, everything was great!

Best part, was the space. We stayed in the two bedroom loft. There were bathrooms in both bedrooms and a half bath downstairs. We found a charming breakfast restaurant, Cafe Lift, which was a seven minute walk. Great food and service. If I were traveling alone or with only my husband, I would probably opt for a regular hotel room with room service and hotel amenities. Traveling with family or friends, I would pick this location.

Amazing Locale!

Amazing stay as always. And, because I stay there so many times, they left a beautiful box of chocolates on the kitchen counter for me with a personalized note. Thanks again Locale! I love it here, and will likely only stay here when I’m in Philly for my business trips. You get an entire loft apartment for the same price, and most times less than the price of, a one-room hotel room. Amazing deal! You can’t beat it.
