"We liked everything including our room and service. Two things that I did not like: 1. They charged us extra for parking 2. It says "view" so I thought it was a falls view but it was a city view. If you want a falls view, make sure that you ask first. I had to pay $50 more per day for a falls view option."

"I want to first applaud management and the staff for making my stay as comfortable as it could be. The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the smell of the carpet possibly due to it being old and the fact that the microwave is shared amongst guests. I think if the hotel is renovated the chances of guests revisiting would improve"
