“Great location - good value”
The young ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. This was very important to non-Spanish speaking people like ourselves.
“Good position for exploring”
This hotel is close to shopping/restaurants and the old town (Alcazar/Cathedral etc). It is also not far from the train and bus stations - you can travel easily and cheaply to Cadiz and Seville from here. The staff in the hotel were friendly and courteous - not all of them (apart from reception staff) speak much English but we managed to communicate.
“Excellent value for money”
The hotel was in a great central location. Friendly helpful staff, room was of a better standard than we expected given the price. It is an ordinary good quality hotel, excellent value for money with the deal we got online.
“Good, cheap Hotel”
Very close to town centre, staff very helpful and spoke good english, free internet.

“A very pleasant stay”
We came to this hotel at the recommendation of the family of a friend who lives near Jerez, and we weren't disappointed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English, and gave good advice about the Semana Santa processions. The buffet breakfast was reasonable. The only downside was that the room smelled of smoke when we arrived, but this soon went with the window open. And don't expect much of a view!
“An excellent hotel with one small problem- tepid showers.”
Great value, central location near Plaza Arenal, but very quiet, nice clean room, lovely bathroom with luke warm water on both the mornings I stayed there. The staff were sympathetic, explaining that the hotel was full and so there wasn't enough hot water for everyone. Don't want to sound a fusspot, but that's not much of an excuse is it? They did eventually let me use the shower in another room on the top floor,(near to the water- heater!)which was hotter.
“no complaints”
Small rooms very clean people at desk helpful and spoke some english
