“4 Star Hotel if not 5”

Very responsive to requests. Main tower has amazing views of Cairns, the hotel pool, as well as the mountains in the distance. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. A must stay in Northern AU.

“Cairns experience”

“Completely Satisfied!!!!!”

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. But the rooms are are not maintained very well. We stayed there for four days and if you are a perfectionist when it comes to being clean, i guess you need to be more specific with the housekeeping. My Overall rating would be a 4 on 5.

“Great Location, Good Facilitites”

Lovely place to visit and a great hotel to stay in. Our 4 year old loved the place with some blocks to play in the lounge area and some Apple Mac's to use for free.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel, friendly staff and good location. A fridge in the room and a barbecue near the pool means you can be independent food-wise. A short walk into the centre of Cairns, with a range of great restaurants nearby. I would recommend a small Italian restaurant called La Fettucina which does reasonably priced great home made pasta dishes. I'd advise booking though.

“Great stay in Cairnes”

Cheerful, helpful staff. Great pool with swim-up bar and sandy "beach" at one end. Lush grounds. Short walk from boat terminal and night market.

“Very Enjoyable”

Friendly staff, great location, nice pool, enjoyed the free wireless internet in the lobby and the availability of computers w/internet for use w/no charge. We'd stay here again.

“Great Hotel!”

If you are going on a Trip to Cairns, I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is very friendly as well. The beds are super comfortable and the the bathrooms more then adequate. The pool is beautiful and there is even a swim up bar.
