Hotel is around 2km to calungate beach. Main problem is with parking, there is no parking place in hotel. they will take vehicle for parking which is around half km. After 9pm and before 9am if you want your vehicle u need to go with them to parking place from there we need to drive back to hotel. This is horrible experience. ONCE I ORDERED SOFT DRINK FOR MY WIFE THEY HAVE GIVEN EXPIRED SOFTDRINK. WHEN I ASKED MANAGER ABIUT THIS HE SAID SOME TIMES IT HAPPENS SIR. SO OVERALL BETTER TO LOOK TO OTHER HOTEL.

This is one of the best places to stay in Goa.. Not only it being close to the action, it was very clean and pleasant with courteous staff, good food and an excellent ambiance. Definitely recommended....

Overall a Positive Experience
The hotel is good, and pretty close to Calangute beach. the room we had was a ground floor room with access to the pool area. it was good to find blackout curtains to dim out the daylight for afternoon naps. One thing that was unacceptable was when i asked and was turned down for an empty plates and some forks. However, after taking this with reception our request was fulfilled.

OK room, but there are better (if you plan right)
The room was OK, but pretty far from the beach - at least a 30 minute walk. My friend, who planned in advance, was able to find a similarly-priced place right next to the beach in Goa (Cola Beach, I think) with an amazing view. Moral of the story - plan in advance.

Lack of privacy in rooms as balconies face each other. No sound insulation between rooms. Housekeeping staff not enough and untrained. Rooms are not cleaned till late evening. Room supplies are not replenished.

The description on-line of the hotel was misleading. There were no robes, and no bathtub, contrary to what was advertised. We had to switch rooms because the first was so filthy. The restaurant was sub-par. The gym was in a bad state. The location was good and the staff was as helpful as possible. Laundry service was excellent.

3 days in goa
Good hotel, value for money, service could be better, we had to request them for the complimentary newspaper, toothbrush kit etc, used plates kept outside the rooms are cleared after hours. The sofa covers are of a synthetic material that felt sticky and we had to request them to provide a cotton sheet to cover the sofa. The bath tub and toilet although clean had stains.

Best Location, just book super delux room
Hotels.com gave the best deal, but I wrongly chose Delux room which were a bit crampped, i should have opted for super delux room or bigger. We booked 2 rooms for the family and were given rooms on different floors. Though i requested several times to be given adjacent or at least both rooms on the same floor, I was denied the same as they later said that they have only 1 delux room on each floor. The housekeeping staff was not fully cordial, infact initially for few days I was not even given few of the basic toiletries. Its only after my repeated requests the housekeeping staff finally wokeup but that too as if they were doing some charity for me. The property and its Location are the BEST and are repeatable N number of times. Its only, next time I'll be more active while choosing and booking my rooms. Hotels.com gave the best deal possible at the cheapest prices and I had no issues whatsoever with the booking and payment procedures. Thanks

Deserves a recommendation
We booked Resort de Coracao in July 2014 for two days, after looking at excellent reviews. We had a few requests along with our booking, and when we checked in, we weren't disappointed. We were given rooms according to our request, everything was prim and proper, the staff were extremely courteous, smart and helpful. The facilities were top-notch and well maintained and even room service and in-room facilities were commendable. The food from Ice n Spice was great as well. Calangute and Baga beaches are within 1-4 kms. All in all, if you want to stay in a comfortable place and enjoy a nice, relaxed vacation near the busiest beaches in North Goa, Coracao is a great choice, and merits a recommendation. Look forward to going back, and keep up the good work guys! Cheers

We stayed for 3N/4D at this hotel, in super deluxe room. It was all excellent. Nice staff and spacious room. Only issue was failure or non-working Air conditioning system. It was a centralised AC system and we suffered very badly for initial 2 nights, only last night they could rectify the problem, that too at 11 pm. Being summer it was very disappointing. But this is overall good and comfortable place for family and couples. Swimming pool was nice.The staff provided timely food and all necessary help for our 1 year old baby, which was most valuable for us! Breakfast, particularly south indian preparations were not great, but overall ok.

I arrived a day late. Hotel room was supposed to be ready but when i got into the room the bed sheets were dirty along with a dirty towel. Air conditioning wasnt working and it took them 2 hours later to clean my room. Apparently they had rented out my room they chose not to reimburse me for the night before. After contacting expedia about the problem I had about 6 people in my room attending to the issues

Hotel on the edge of road, can hear honking of cars at all times, bathroom very tired looking, Small pool but only 10 mins walk to beach. Staff wouldn't let us have late check out , no wash room to shower only pool shower so sneaked into spa room, no where to dress or dry hair, serving staff great service, shame about front of house service.

Don't misplace your key
The quality and location of hotel was good, but don't misplace your key because there is no system to replace the key. The staff were not helpful to explain that there was not a process to duplicate / replace the key, they insisted to make me wait for staff to allow entry into room each time i returned to hotel which become frustrating and painful waiting if staff were busy. At times we had to wait up to 20 min for them to allow entry. The key was lost in the pool but staff were unable to find and then i was told i had to pay additional INR500 for a new key to be made, The key was finally presented by staff later the 2nd day with no apologies for the inconvience. Also i had a severe fall walking near the pool, the tiled area surrounding was wet and the surface like glass and i found myself on my back before I realized I had fallen, then to find a staff member laughed at me when I was recovering from the fall. I was in pain and concerned of broken bones but thankfully no broken bones. The hotel plumbing in the shower the water would overflow onto the floor of the bathroom floor each time we showered, it appeared the plumbing had issues. Overall the stay in Goa was enjoyable but would consider looking elsewhere for accommodation due to the bad experience with staff assistance.

Very enjoyable stay - friendly and helpful staff
I cannot fault the hotel staff or customer service in any way. Although the hotel was going through refubishment for the tourist season (we went in October, which is end of the Monsoon rainy season), staff made us very comfortable. They were always helpful, smiling and accommodating. The day trip was very enjoyable and reocmmend highly. The return transfers to the airport were very useful and convenient. There is Spa, pool, gym and wifi is free in the room.

Nice Hotel close to Beach and restaurants..
We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in this hotel.. This was our first trip to Goa and we were really skeptic about how this hotel would be as we have not heard of this name before..Eventually after first day we have figured that this is one of the best places to stay in north goa as it is at ideal distance from Calangute beach (approx 1 km) and also it has so many shops and eateries around. We really had a fun time in GOA and stay was fantastic... Staff is cordial and helping..although they had some renovation going on for their restaurants..they ensured that we had no issues.. all and all nice place to stay..

Fantastic hotel and breakfast
This hotel was awesome. It is a little on the expensive side so my friends and I only stayed for one night. It's far from the beach, so if you want that experience, don't stay here. But the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was excellent, the breakfast buffet was extensive. They were very nice and accommodating. Fantastic place.

Peace of mind near Calangute
Stayed in super deluxe...ample sized rooms with coffee table and a couch + balcony. Super clean, professional behaviour by all hotel staff. Included breakfast not the tastiest but not too bad either....food much better at nearby shacks...the best part was the location....2mins from Calangute and about 12mins ride to Baga...all in all a very pleasant stay...will def visit again soon.

resort de caracoa - calangute - goa
Resort de caracoa is a good option, the amenities and the service they provide is equally good. Its well maintained and the staff are very polite which makes your stay evenmore comfortable. Its an ideal place for families. Its ideally located and very close to the beach. The deluxe rooms are a bit tight but can forget at the end of the day. The food is also equally good and hygenic. I personally recommend for the families who are willing to visit calangute.

Personnel serviable, situation idéale à 15 minutes de marche de la plage, hôtel propre compte tenu qu'on est en Inde (il y avait une petite fuite d'eau dans ma salle de bain mais je ne me suis même pas plaint, le reste de la chambre était ok et c'est l'Inde, il n'y a rien de parfait!!). A/C et eau chaude fonctionnels, de plus le lit était le plus confortable des lits indiens dans lesquels j'ai dormi! ;)
