Enjoyaabke stay at the Radisson!!
The hotel is very friendly, clean with scenic grounds. The breakfast had an excellent choice and the staff very heloful. The rooms were clean and spacious. They could do with some updating.

There was no toilet paper in the room(it took at least 8 hrs to get some). The toilet seat was broke. No air conditioning when I got to the room.

Some members of staff are pretty good but others need some training. Pool bar is a bit of a joke - ask for a sprite they go to the restaurant for it. Ask again there is none - so went to the restaurant and obtained a sprite!!! Joke. Hotel is far to noisy - from 5am onwards staff banging about (every day). It is clean however and pool area is very useful. Overall wouldnt stay again.

Good location with friendly staff
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, however the room lacked certain amenities…bath robes were not provided unless asked for, fresh towels had to be requested. Best part of the hotel is the location and friendly staff and to name a few Varun, Sagar and Sandeep.

Everything is fine but for short one day trip they are not giving at least 23 hours for a customer we are paying huge amount for one day but getting very less Just think check in is 3:00 pm after all formalities we checked in @ 4:00pm checked out in morning 11:00 am

One of the best hotels in Candolim. Check in process was smooth. The rooms are comfortable and medium sized. Breakfast spread was the same all the 4 days of stay, which was a minus point. The hotel is conveniently located with many food options, beaches and shopping. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Good location while also being set back away from the noise and bustle of the main strip. Great service from the staff who bent over backwards to address and issues and also always had a smile on their face

Very convenient location in an area accessible to lots of restaurants and shopping close by. However, we had to change our room 3 times because of maintenance issues.

Nice Boutique Hotel in Main Candolim Area!
It's a wonderful hotel in the main candolim area. Everything like Clubs, restaurants, shops are nearby. The room is old though and need a refurbishment. But it's a good Cosy hotel if you're looking for a peaceful holiday.

Security guard in uniform on main gate nice touch. Reception staff excellent in checking in and accompanying to room Only one negative issue....too much emphasis on Indian food in restaurant at all meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner.

COTTAGES Goan FEEL
Good Location,Supportive Staff. Really Gives You A feel that u r in Goa.Unlike other hotels where its just same room. Inform the hotel in advance your time of arrival or be ready to wait for check in as it could take time during long weekends.

Was served water with fungus in bottles however the staff was apologetic and offered us free dinner but then it raises many more eyebrows as to what they are serving in such a reputed hotel with doubts of hygiene

Was not as good as I had expected
Rooms had mosquitoes and a bad stench which came and went off repeatedly. Staff was usually good, but the night Manager on Duty was the most disrespectful and im-professional hospitality emloyee I have ever come across. Definitely not a 4 star. I would tag it as more of a two star.

Good Value for Money
A shade lesser than what one would expect of a Raddisson in terms of property and infrastructure but the price and the friendly staff right from the Gatekeeper to Front Office, Housekeeping and Restaurant made up for it. Overall a good experience. Nice property near a quieter and cleaner Beach, not too far away from the roaring nightlife but still quite and calm...

Radiation review
When I booked hotel I requested for upper floor and pool facing . Even after off peak season they told and did not provide me what I requested and if rooms are not available why they did not upgrade my room as there are 78 rooms in total and only 25 rooms were booked. And barroom does not suite for such 4 star hotel. No bath tub and it was very very small even u believe 2 star hotels are having bigger and good bathrooms

Upon My Arrival @ 2:15 the Reception told me that my room was not ready and would take 15 mins more. Then one of the staff inform me that check in is @ 2:00 PM when Expedia mentioned that check in is @1:00 PM. My room was finally allocated to me @ 3:00 PM. The Mini Bar was empty and the toilet was not upto the mark. There was no hot water too. The service at the Pool Bar was Very Avarage. The Spa is yet to get back to me with The Packages they have. The Next Day I get a call from the Reception @ 10:30 to check out as the hotel was full and I needed to check out. On mentioning to them that I checked in was provided a room Late they mentioned to me Policy of Check out was @ 12 PM. and let me stay till 1:00 PM which was a consolation.

My recent stay at Radison, Candolim Goa on Nov 14
I had booked for 3 night stay at Radison, Candolim Goa. The hotel is located on Ford Aguada road in between Aguada and Candolim beach. The property is recently bought over by Radison and hence there are teething issues like wifi connectivity, jet spray and exhaust fan missing in bathroom.The hotel general manager mentioned that they are working on few of the open issues. We have been provided pool facing room on request as my kid use pool a lot. The breakfast was good and the hotel ambiance was nice. I recommend that you check your car while taking from hotel driver as chances of damage is open.

The property is not very close to the main candolim beach area. It seems to be an old property, probably service apartments converted into a hotel. The hotels has various blocks. Block G in which i was staying was not at all good. Old toilets. very small room size, no view, no balcony, no elevator. Buffet was average too. Its is a 3 star property. Staff was good and cooperative.

受付は親切丁寧で凄く気持ちよく過ごすことができました。観光案内も親切にしてくださり助かりました。 ただ、お部屋のテレビが故障しており修理をお願いしたら機械を分解してまで修理していたことにはビックリしました。 ロビーやお部屋も綺麗で可愛らしい絵画も飾ってあり女性はウキウキするホテルだと思います。アメニティも日本未上陸のブランドのもので嬉しかったです。 さすが、ラディソンブランドはしっかりしていますね‼︎
