"My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights on a recent trip to Cape Town and generally enjoyed our stay. We arranged an airport pick up through the hotel and he was largely on time for our arrival. The price did change at the last minute though and when I asked why, multiple times, no one at the hotel would give me an answer. The room itself was good, very spacious. The shower was over a tub which was fine provided no mobility issues. Ours did leak a bit so we'd end up with some water pooling...

"Good hotel, good location. Breakfast is good although same everyday but it’s free and tasty. Room was big good bathroom. Only problem they didnt have towels the day we arrived and had to wait to next day. "

"The rate was very reasonable compared to other nearby properties so we didn’t really have high expectations. Our room was spacious and contained good variable lighting excellent rain shower. But best of all was the friendly and helpful staff. We couldn’t wish for better place so close to the waterfront and city."

But I found that’s in every downtown area and was in the same in Johannesburg. They do not bother you and at no time did we feel unsafe. We had a full kitchen with dishes.
