“Entire staff eager to help improve your stay”

I was pleased with the staff' efforts to accommodate my needs and tipped room maid and desk personnel accordingly. Well located to minimize travel to restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores and be away from the congestion of city traffic.

“Nice Place”

Nice motel to visit. Slightly difficult to get to if are not familiar with the area but not bad with good directions. Clean room and freindly staff. Pool was a bit chilly but not unbearable.

Had a great stay again in Cedar Rapids. The hotel was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet and help was outstanding.

“Good for Iowa football games”

Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable hotel with great customer service. Location is ideal to get on 380 and head to Kinnick - really a quick trip there and back.

“Nice place to stay”

I stayed there for 4 days , close to the freeway ,not too far away from Downtown .Whats really good is the housekeeping service , they really did a good job . I travel regularly staying in different class of Hotel , this is a good choice to stay.Breakfast is Ok ,average. Overall I ll rate this place GOOOOD

“Good Service”

Called that morning to ask for connecting rooms and when we got there everything was like we asked for. I had my sons laptop and couldn't figure out the wireless setup and the young man at the front desk was very helpful to me. The only thing I would have like was access to a microwave. Evidently there was one but it was in kitchen and that was closed off to the guests.

“Will stay again when in Cedar Rapids”

The hotel boasts a fine staff and clean surroundings. Although the hotel was hosting several high school teams for area tournaments, the staff responded quickly when things were noisy at 2 a.m.

“Adequate accommodations”

The staff were friendly and the hotel was well kept. It is conviently located off the interstate. Rooms are noisy.
