“Good value for the price”
I was impressed with both the lobby area and the room. The indoor pool and breakfast included were a plus, as was the easy access to the interstate. Staff were helpful in providing maps and directions to area sites.
“Super comfortable, felt like home.”
I highly recommend this place because of the cleanliness, comfort of beds and pillows. The staff was wonderful, only wanting to please. Breakfast was great. Rooms were homey and just felt right. I am looking forward to staying there again soon.
“Good Clean Room at an Inexpensive Price”
My wife and I went to Iowa City to attend a wedding. We knew that we would not be spending a lot of time at the hotel. We wanted a hotel that did not cost a lot, but was close to the church and the wedding reception site. The Travelodge was easy to find. It was clean. It was quiet. The king size bed was comfortable. The room had a refridgerator and a microwave, which was not available at the more expensive hotel were my wife's brother stayed with his family. My wife wants to stay again at the Travelodge next year when we visit relatives who live in the area.

My roommates and I had a reunion and used this hotel for it. We were comfortable, had a large, clean room with no weird smells. Everything was as expected, including the free wi-fi!
“Iowa City, Iowa Travelodge”
This was a very positive experience. This motel is a little older but very well maintained. Everything worked, it was very clean and the staff was more than pleasant to us at all time. Check in and check out both were very easy and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone traveling in the area. It is very close to the interstate so easy to get to.

Very accomodating and friendly and clean. Would stay again. As I mentioned earlier, loved the attached sports bar and grill.
“Good Place to stay”
Hotel staff was very friendly, they checked me in very quickly. They had several places that you could call to have food delivered, which I appreciated! Was very quiet which I liked because I was very tired. One negative item about the room was that my non-smoking room smelled faintly of old cigarrette smoke. I could deal with it, but some can't. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay!
