"This is my third time staying here and I love it! I come here for work as I have an office nearby. The units are within a new apartment building. There are restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a pool and pool towels are even provided. Check-in and check out are smooth with the use of an app. I texted to extend my stay and response was immediately received. Highly recommended!"

"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"The Rey apartments were right downtown Phoenix providing great dining and convenience yet it was very quiet and relaxing in the courtyard with the pool and gym."

"Overall our stay was great. It had what we needed for our short stay. Place was clean and stocked well enough for just the two of us. The only thing we had a hard time with was the big foam pad on the bed. It wasn’t comfortable and when we looked, the support legs in the middle under the bed weren’t upright and wouldn’t stay upright so we both kept sinking to the middle. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay."

"The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."
