"We have stayed before twice and we will stay again. We arrive late at night and the instructions provided in advance allow us to access the apartment. The breakfast is ok. The apparent feels new and is clean. For a family for four this is a perfect stop over. "

"It was perfectly positioned, within walking distance of the centre (through a beautiful park) and all the attractions. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The receptionist gave us a street map on arrival and pointed out good areas for eating and where to avoid. The room itself was very well appointed, plenty of kitchen equipment and very comfortable bed. "We had a lovely little stay. We stayed in a 2 person studio and it was just what we wanted. We are never in the room for long, just to basically get our head down and fuel up. It was in an excellent location which considering we never plan anything until we get to our hotel was really great! Questions we had, the manager and reception stuff did their very best to answer and accommodate with recommendations. The bed was one of the comfiest we have ever slept on. "

"This was an Okay kind of stay. I believe the rooms are used by students in term times, the rooms lacked facilities, but the staff were very helpful. The old medieval town was the major plus with our one night stay. We shall return to Troyes."

"Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much."
