Everything is great

Clean room, comfortable beds. We ordered a breakfast and it was awesome - omelet, sausages, cheese, pastries, nice coffee. The stuff is very friendly. They allowed us to keep luggage after checkout, so we could stroll around the city center till 4pm (out train was at 5pm). Oh, the location is great too - walking distances to train stations and all the attractions.

Perfect for overnight stay in the centre of Reims close to restaurants and just a few kilometres off the A26,about 5 minutes. On site gated parking.

Park8ng is not at the property and is not free. They switched my room the next day because the shower didn't work. The first room did not have any amenities but the second room did. First room was very noisy from the outside but second room was much more quieter and larger.

Interesting hotel layout, but very comfortable and good value. Pity they couldn't accommodate a parking space for us, but public parking nearby was adequate.

Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much.

Good location, friendly staff

Spacious room with good aircon. We were on 3rd floor and lift was small but efficient. Reception staff friendly. Secured parking at €13pn, and they let us leave car there for a couple of hours after (noon) checkout. Close to city centre attractions and restaurants

Dirty, full of dust everywhere. We wanted to check in earlier (1h) and happy to pay for it. Unfriendly receptionist said no because the room was not ready, even though the hotel was clearly empty. No towels in the room when we got inside, which tells me that the time they need to get the room ready was definitely not put to a good use.

Tired

Very tired hotel. Doubt if painted this century. No restaurant; no bar; no tea/coffee facilities in room. Basic bŕeakfast. Seems now to be used largely as a students' hall of residence. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff were lovely, the location fantastic, unfortunately our room did not live up to expectations. The net curtains at the window had a huge hanging rip in them, behind both the bedroom and bathroom door there were hairs and fluff like the cleaners never bothered there and the room just needed some overall care and attention. That said, because of the location, I’d give it another chance if I went back to Reims

We booked a superior room. There was no safe or minibar in the room. There was a large stain on the carpet, paint was peeling off the walls and woodwork, the sink was cracked, most of the furniture was wood grain but the wardrobe was an old white cupboard. The toilet was separate from the bathroom but was very small. Nothing like the picture on the website

Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist grundsätzlich auch gut, da es in der Nähe viele Restaurants, Shops und Sehendwürdigkeiten gibt. Leider war mein Zimmer gegen die Strasse gerichtet und da es einWochenende war, war es bis in die frühen Morgenstunden extrem laut trotz geschlossenem Fenster. Es war zudem sehr warm im Zimmer, da es keine Kilmaanlage gab. An Schlaf war so kaum zu denken. Auch einen Parkplatz gab es keinen. So musste ich für 17 Euro 10 Gehminuten entfernt parkieren - als Alleinreisende mit schwerem Gepäck und Hund sehr anstrengend. Dabei hiess es eigentlich, dass beim Hotel Parkplätze vorhanden wären. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmässig - es gab ein paar Haare und ein paar unsaubere Ecken.

Zentrale lage ist top + Parkolatz , das Hotel selbst ist in den 90'ern stehen geblieben, das wäre nicht schlimm aber leider auch nix Renoviert wie Teppiche, Wände Badezimmer und sehr hellhörig es ging bis um 3 Uhr .... mit kleinkind echt schlecht frühstück so lala ,schade .

Sijainti oli hyvä kuten aamiainenkin. Huoneessa eikä koko hotellissa ollut ilmastointi päällä, joten ikkunaa joutui pitämään auki. Huone sijaitsi vilkkaasti liikennöidyn kadun varrella, joten äänet kuuluivat häiritsevästi yöllä huoneeseen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja palvelualtis.

L’état général de l’hôtel est sale et mal entretenu. Le personnel à l’accueil est charmant et fait ce qu’il peut pour vous être agréable. J’ai dû demander le changement de chambre ce qui m’a été accepté.
