"The stay was average. Gave 4 stars overall. The biggest issue was the customer service. Checking in and out was surprisingly interesting. When we checked in I had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. Eventually somebody came out of the office connected to front desk. Individual was in a personal call, never disconnected the call during our encounter. The employee ONLY spoke to me to tell me where the elevator was located! Checking out was a little better regarding we didn’t have to...

"Maybe I caught them on a bad weekend but the room has no toilet paper or toiletries. The room at first glance looked clean, but the shower curtain had mold on it and there was trash behind furniture. The shower rod was also loose so the curtain opened all the time causing a little flood after each showers. The room had a nice tv and the bed was comfortable. I had booked a queen bed but was given a double bed instead. "
